First let us tell you a little about each of us: Eric- is the Dad.He's a brilliant chef,who enjoys playing guitar. Eileen-is the Mom.She works as a Registered Nurse,in her free time she chases 2 little rugrats,likes to read,and enjoys gardening. Our dream together is to buy our own home,in New Hampshire,which we are in the process of looking for- and not having much luck. Brandon-is the big brother,he's 16 years old,gorgeous and very intelligent.He loves the outdoors,and spends his free time mountain-biking.His little brothers worship the ground he walks on! Logan is the bigger brother,he's 4 years old.He's bright and beautiful,and is into Poke'mon and loves to play Nintendo.He's a little whiz at everything he does. Quade is the little brother.He's 2 years old and he's smart and beautiful-just like his brothers.He loves Batman and dinosaurs,and learns so quickly that it's amazing some times. Taz is our full-blooded rottweiller,he will be 2 years old in August.He is a big baby,and has the gentlest soul I have ever seen in a dog! | ||||||||||||||||

WEEKLY RECIPE: Green Monster: 4oz boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into three equal strips) 1 green pepper cut into strips and saute 1 sub roll 2 Tbs pesto 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 egg for egg wash dip chicken in flour,egg wash,and bread crumb and deep fry untill golden brown. toast the sub roll. Spread the pesto on the roll and top with the deep fried chicken,saute peppers,and shredded cheddar. Place in a 350 degree oven untill cheese is melted. | ||||||||||||||||
